Nick came down on a Saturday on his day off so I could pick up my Jeep. The professional and courteous manner I was treated will no doubt sway me to deal with primary Auto group in future purchases. Great family run business!

Nick was awesome to work with at Primary Auto Group. He communicated promptly online and had the vehicle we were interested in pulled out front and waiting when we got there. Since we were coming from a couple of hours away, it was nice for him to take us seriously as other dealers we had talked to gave us the run around. Upon making a deal on the vehicle, Nick helped get everything seen to in a very timely manner. As far as the dealership itself, all the vehicles all seemed to be very clean, detailed and looking good! Other places didn't take near as much pride in their inventory as Primary Auto Group. Would recommend. Easy to work with!

I had a great experience buying a Jeep Wrangler from Primary Auto Group. The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout the process. I had such a great experience from beginning to end. This family-owned dealership was patient, professional, and truly took their time with me throughout the entire process. Everything felt seamless and effortless, and I never felt rushed or pressured.Nick was a great help from the very first phone call. He answered with such a helpful tone and guided me through the whole process, making sure I understood everything along the way. I really appreciated that this was not a huge car lot. I wanted a smaller, family-based business that actually cared about the vehicles they were selling, and that is exactly what I found.You can tell they take their time choosing each car. The vehicles were clean, had low miles, and did not feel like anything was being hidden.
