Since the day Paco their sales rep reached out to me to tell me that i was pre approved for an auto loan to the day i got my truck, Paco offered me excellent service, even when I changed my mind on the vehicle i wanted to get he made it happen. Nick was great! He went above and beyond helping to get me into a vehicle. This journey has been 8 months or more to make this vehicle purchase a possibility. He kept in touch with me and never tried to pressure me into anything. He was very kind and kept me in the loop the entire time with the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle or tell someone who is looking for a vehicle where to go, I would tell them go see Nick at Primary Auto Group!! He will take great care of you!!!

We recently purchased our daughter’s first vehicle — a Jeep Wrangler — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Nick was the salesman who helped us from the moment we stepped onto the lot, and he made the entire process so easy and stress-free. We looked at several different vehicles over multiple visits, and every single time he was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. What stood out most was how committed Nick was to helping our daughter find exactly what she wanted. I don’t always buy cars, but when I do, it’s from Nick I at Primary Auto Group! I came back for round two, and once again Nick delivered exactly what I was looking for. I previously bought a Hummer from him, so when it was time to find a red Jeep for my wife—a purchase with very high approval requirements—I knew where to go. Nick made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. No games, no pressure, just solid communication and professionalism from start to finish. The Jeep was perfect, my wife loved it, and that alone deserves a five-star review. Two vehicles later—a Hummer for me and a Jeep for my wife—it’s clear Nick knows how to take care of his customers. Got the best deal! Paco was so knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed late after they closed just because he knew we were driving from almost two hours away. He did not rush us into making a decision. He was even great with entertaining our kids while we made a decision. All of their inventory was perfect. Fairly priced and plus no dealer fee. Thank you so much for all of your help Paco!
