I had such a great experience from beginning to end. This family-owned dealership was patient, professional, and truly took their time with me throughout the entire process. Everything felt seamless and effortless, and I never felt rushed or pressured.Nick was a great help from the very first phone call. He answered with such a helpful tone and guided me through the whole process, making sure I understood everything along the way. I really appreciated that this was not a huge car lot. I wanted a smaller, family-based business that actually cared about the vehicles they were selling, and that is exactly what I found.You can tell they take their time choosing each car. The vehicles were clean, had low miles, and did not feel like anything was being hidden. Nick was great! He went above and beyond helping to get me into a vehicle. This journey has been 8 months or more to make this vehicle purchase a possibility. He kept in touch with me and never tried to pressure me into anything. He was very kind and kept me in the loop the entire time with the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle or tell someone who is looking for a vehicle where to go, I would tell them go see Nick at Primary Auto Group!! He will take great care of you!!!

We recently purchased our daughter’s first vehicle — a Jeep Wrangler — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!
